असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण् ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY रेल मंत्रालय [पूर्वोतर सीमान्त रेलर्वे (जिमााण संगठि)] अजधसूचिा मालीगााँर्व, 8 िुलाई, 2026 का.आ. 3735(अ).— रेलर्वे अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड (7A) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा िीचे दी गई ताजलका के कॉलम (2) में उजललजखत अजधकारी को "सक्षम प्राजधकारी" के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है, ताकक र्वह उि अजधजियम के तहत ऐसे प्राजधकारी के रूप में अपिे कायों का जिर्वाहि कर सके। यह प्राजधकरण, राज्य में "ईटाहार-बुजियादपुर िई लाइि पररयोििा" िामक जर्विेष रेलर्वे पररयोििा के संबंध में , उि ताजलका के कॉलम (3) में उजललजखत जिले के जलए, तथा ऐसे जर्विेष रेलर्वे पररयोििा के जिष्पादि, रखरखार्व, प्रबंधि और संचालि के सार्वािजिक उद्देश्य हेतु, इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होिे की जतजथ से प्रभार्वी होगा।

MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [Northeast Frontier Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Malegaon, the 8th July, 2026 S.O. 3735(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as “Competent Authority” to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of “ Itahar-Buniadpur new line project” in the State of West Bengal relating to district mentioned in Column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, management and operation of such special Railway Project.
