का.आ. 3760(अ).— चूंदक, यमन में अजनजित सुरक्षा जस्ट्िजत के कारण, केंद्र सरकार ने एक अजधसूचना, ददनांक 26 जसतंबर, 2017 के तहत यमन की यात्रा के संबंध में कुछ ितें िारी की िीं, िो की पासपोर्ट अजधजनयम, 1967 की धारा 19 के अंतगटत,भारत के रािपत्र (असाधारण) में संख्या एस.ओ. 3223(अ)ददनांक 03 अक्र्ूबर, 2017 को प्रकाजित की गई िीं;

और क्योंदक,यमन में जस्ट्िजत िोड़ी बदल गई है;

अतः अब, पासपोर्ट अजधजनयम, 1967 (1967 का 15) की धारा 19 के खंड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सरकार एतद्द्वारा अजधसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 3223(अ) ददनांक 03 अक्र्ूबर, 2017 को जनरस्ट्त करती है।

MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th July, 2026

S.O. 3760(E).— WHEREAS due to precarious security situation in Yemen, the Central Government issued certain conditions in respect to travel to Yemen vide its notification dated the 26th September, 2017 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide number S.O. 3223(E) dated the 03rd October, 2017 under Section 19 of the Passports Act, 1967;

AND WHEREAS the situation in Yemen has evolved;

Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 19 of the Passports Act, 1967 (15 of the 1967), Government hereby rescinds the notification number S.O. 3223(E) dated the 03rd October, 2017.
