See the official document.] असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण् ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY वाजणज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय (उद्योग संवधधन और आंतररक व्यापार जवभाग) अजधसूचना नई दिल्ली, 6 िनवरी, 2026 सा.का.जन. 09(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, बायलर अजधजनयम 2025 (2025 का 12) की धारा 39 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (ङ) और (च) के साथ परित उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बायलर पररचर जनयम, 2025 में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाधत् :-

1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम बायलर पररचर (संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 है।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे। 2. बायलर पररचर जनयम, 2025 के प्ररूप ग में, "(जिनकी कुल तापन सतह का योग 150 वगध मीटर से अनजधक हो) की िेखरेख कर सकते हैं, परंतु उन्द्हें बायलर के मुख्य जनरीिक द्वारा आवश्यकतानुसार आवश्यक समझे िाने वाले फायरमैन की संख्या प्रिान की िाए।" के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत कोष्ठकों, िब्िों और अंकों को रखा िाएगा, अथाधत्:- सं. 09] नई दिल्ली, मंगलवार, िनवरी 6, 2026/पौष 16, 1947

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th January, 2026 G.S.R. 09(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (e) and (f) of sub- section (2) of section 39 of the Boilers Act, 2025 (12 of 2025), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, to amend the Boiler Attendants’ Rules, 2025, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Boiler Attendants’ (Amendment) Rules,
2. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Boiler Attendants’ Rules, 2025, in Form C, for the brackets, words and figures “(not exceeding 150 square meters in aggregate of total heating surface), provided he is assisted the number of fireman”, the following brackets, words and figures shall be substituted, namely: - “(not exceeding 200 square meters in aggregate of total heating surface), provided that such boilers shall be situated within a radius of thirty meters in the same premises and belong to one owner and further provided that he is assisted by the number of fireman” [F.
