सा.का.जन. 877(अ).— केंद्रीर् सरकार, वन (संरक्षण एवं संवधान) अजधजनर्म, 1980 (1980 का 69) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजिर्ों का प्रर्ोग करते हुए, वन (संरक्षण एवं संवधान) जनर्म, 2023 में और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनर्म बनाती है, अर्ाात् :-
- संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. (1) इन जनर्मों का संजक्षप्त नाम वन (संरक्षण एवं संवधान) जद्वतीर् संिोधन जनर्म, 2025 है। (2) र्े रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

- जनर्म 13 में, उप-जनर्म (4) में, खंड (ि) के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत खंड अंतः स्ट्र्ाजपत दकर्ा िाएगा, अर्ाात्,- “(झ) राज्र् सरकार र्ा संघ राज्र् क्षेत्र प्रिासन के वन जवभाग का नोडल अजधकारी इन जनर्मों के अधीन प्रजतपूरक वनीकरण हेतु अवक्रजमत वन भूजम की पहचान करने में प्रर्ोिा अजभकरण को सुजवधा और सहार्ता करेगा।”। `

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th November, 2025
G.S.R. 877(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Adhiniyam, 1980 (69 of 1980), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Rules, 2023, namely: -
- Short title, and commencement. (1) These rules may be called the Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Second Amendment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2 In rule 13, in sub-rule (4), after clause (h), the following clause shall be inserted, namely,- "(i) the Nodal Officer of the State Forest Department of the State Government or Union territory Administration shall facilitate and assist the user agency in identifying degraded forest lands for compensatory afforestation under these rules.".
