Subject: Advisory for Annual General Transfers in r/o Group ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’ Cadres – reg.
Madam/Sir,
It is informed that the transfers of Group 'A', 'B' and 'C' employees are under process and shall be examined by the duly approved Transfer Committee.
In this regard, it is hereby advised/informed that all transfers shall be considered as per approved transfer policies keeping in view of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) guidelines and administrative exigencies.
It is further clarified that personal meetings or requests for interaction with the Competent Authority or members of the Transfer Committee is not necessary and is discouraged during the course of the transfer exercise.
All officers/ officials are, therefore, advised to refrain from making any personal approaches and to ensure strict compliance with the above instructions. The transfer exercise shall be conducted in a transparent and objective manner based solely on the applicable rules and guidelines and care is being taken to give due consideration to all legitimate requests that are supported by DoPT guidelines or the transfer policy, subject to any administrative exigency.
