(1952 का 19) की धारा 14कग द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 549 (अ), तारीख
1 निंबर, 1973 का अजधक्रमण करते हुए, प्राजधकृत करती है दक उक् त उपरोक् त धारा के उपबंधों के अधीन केंरीय भजिष्य
जनजध आयुि में जनजहत िजियां, अनुसूची में जनर्िमष्ट प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में संबंजधत उन क्षेत्रीय भजिष्य जनजध आयुिों द्वारा भी प्रयोग
की िा सकेंगी, जिनकी अजधकाररता में संबद्ध अंचल/क्षेत्र/जिला कायामलय आता है।
यह अजधसूचना रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत् त होगी।

आयुि द्वारा प्रयोग की गई िजियााँ इस अजधसूचना के अधीन प्रयोग की गई िजियााँ समझी िाएाँगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th October, 2025
S.O. 4920(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14AC of the Employees' Provident Funds and
Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) and in supersession of notification No. S.O. 549 (E), dated the
1st November, 1973, the Central Government hereby authorises that the powers vested in the Central Provident Fund
Commissioner under the provisions of the above said section shall also be exercisable within each of the regions
specified in the Schedule by the respective Regional Provident Fund Commissioners in whose jurisdiction of concerned
Zone/Region/District Office, the establishment is covered.
This notification shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

2. The State of Andhra Pradesh and the Yanam area of the Union territory of Puducherry.
3. The States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura.

notification.

(1952 का 19) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 14ख द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते
हुए, और इस संबंध में िारी अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.1553, तारीख 17 अप्रैल, 2002 का अजधक्रमण करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत
अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में उजल्लजखत अजधकाररयों को उक्त अजधजनयम के उपबंधों के अधीन आने िाले कारखानों/स्ट्थापनाओं
के संबंध में उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (3) में उजल्लजखत संबंजधत क्षेत्रों के जलए उक्त अजधजनयम के अधीन जनयोक्ताओं से िाजस्ट्त
के रूप में ऐसी नुकसानी िसूल करने की िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करने के जलए प्राजधकृत करती है।

S.O. 4921(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14B of the Employees' Provident Funds and
Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), and in supersession of
notification No. S.O. 1553, dated the 17th April, 2002, issued in this regard, the Central Government hereby authorises
the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule mentioned below to exercise the powers to recover from the
employers by way of penalty such damages under the said Act for the respective areas mentioned in column (3) of the
said Schedule in relation to factories/establishments covered under the provisions of the said Act.
