का.आ. 4920(अ).— केन्‍द रीय सरकार, कममचारी भजिष्य जनजध और प्रकीणम उपबंध अजधजनयम, 1952 (1952 का 19) की धारा 14कग द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 549 (अ), तारीख 1 निंबर, 1973 का अजधक्रमण करते हुए, प्राजधकृत करती है दक उक् त उपरोक् त धारा के उपबंधों के अधीन केंरीय भजिष्य जनजध आयुि में जनजहत िजियां, अनुसूची में जनर्िमष्ट प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में संबंजधत उन क्षेत्रीय भजिष्य जनजध आयुिों द्वारा भी प्रयोग की िा सकेंगी, जिनकी अजधकाररता में संबद्ध अंचल/क्षेत्र/जिला कायामलय आता है।

यह अजधसूचना रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत् त होगी।

1. दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय रािधानी राज् यक्षेत्र
2. आंध्र प्रिेि राज्य और पुडुचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र का यनम क्षेत्र।
3. असम, अरुणाचल प्रिेि, नागालैंड, मजणपुर, मेघालय, जमिोरम और जत्रपुरा राज्य।
4. जबहार राज्य।
5. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य।
6. गोिा राज्य।
7. गुिरात राज्य तथा िमन और िीि एिं िािरा और नागर हिेली संघ राज्य क्षेत्र।
8. हररयाणा राज्य।
9. जहमाचल प्रिेि राज्य।
10. झारखंड राज्य।
11. कनामटक राज्य।
12. केरल राज्य, लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्य क्षेत्र और पुडुचेरी संघ राज्य क्षेत्र का माहे क्षेत्र।

15. ओजडिा राज्य।
16. पंिाब राज्य और चंडीगढ़ संघ राज् य क्षेत्र।

तारीख 2 िून, 2014 के पिात सृजित राज्यों/क्षेत्रों/जिला कायामलयों की ििा में, उि अजधसूचना के अनुसार पूिमिती क्षेत्रों के क्षेत्रीय भजिष्य जनजध आयुिों अथिा तारीख 2 िून, 2014 के पिात अंचल/क्षेत्रों/जिला कायामलयों के क्षेत्रीय भजिष्य जनजध आयुि द्वारा प्रयोग की गई िजियााँ इस अजधसूचना के अधीन प्रयोग की गई िजियााँ समझी िाएाँगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th October, 2025

S.O. 4920(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14AC of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) and in supersession of notification No. S.O. 549 (E), dated the 1st November, 1973, the Central Government hereby authorises that the powers vested in the Central Provident Fund Commissioner under the provisions of the above said section shall also be exercisable within each of the regions specified in the Schedule by the respective Regional Provident Fund Commissioners in whose jurisdiction of concerned Zone/Region/District Office, the establishment is covered.

This notification shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

SCHEDULE

1. The National Capital Territory of Delhi.
2. The State of Andhra Pradesh and the Yanam area of the Union territory of Puducherry.
3. The States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura.
4. The State of Bihar.
5. The State of Chhattisgarh.
6. The State of Goa.
7. The State of Gujarat and Union territory of Daman and Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli.
8. The State of Haryana.
9. The State of Himachal Pradesh.
10. The State of Jharkhand.
11. The State of Karnataka.
12. The State of Kerala, the Union territory of Lakshadweep and the Mahe area of the Union territory of Puducherry.
13. The State of Madhya Pradesh.
14. The State of Maharashtra.
15. The State of Odisha.
16. The States of Punjab and Union territory of Chandigarh.
17. The State of Rajasthan.
18. The State of Tamil Nadu and the Union territory of Puducherry except the Mahe and Yanam areas of the Union territory.
19. The State of Uttarakhand.
20. The State of Uttar Pradesh.
21. The State of West Bengal and Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Island and the State of Sikkim.
22. The State of Telangana.
23. The Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
24. The Union territory of Ladakh.

In the case of the States/Regions/District Offices created after 2nd June, 2014, the powers exercised by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioners of the erstwhile Regions as per the said notification or by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner of the Zone/Regions/District Offices after 2nd June, 2014 shall be deemed as powers exercised under this notification.
