Madam / Sir,
This is with reference to H.O. Circular No. HRM-I/T-1(1)2026/854 dated 26/11/2025 and e-mail dated 25/12/2025 regarding correction/verification of data in r-o all the officers. Please also refer to H.O. Circular No. HRM-I/T-1(1)2026/910 dated 31/12/2025 and HRM-I/T-1(1)2026/916 dated 03/01/2026 vide which it was informed that the facility for calling online options has been made available from 01.01.2026; clear/probable vacancies were also published vide these circulars.

Further, in accordance with the Transfer Policy of Commissioners' Cadre circulated vide Head Office Letter HRD-I/87/2024/TransferPolicyReview/Misc/1225 dated 30/01/2025 and as mentioned in the Para 7 of the aforementioned circular dated 31.12.2025, the posting profile (in respect of all the officers as extracted from HR-Soft on 31.12.2025) are enclosed herewith. The attached data is strictly as per HR-Soft (which is entered/maintained by local administration of respective offices) and no change/ correction has been done in the same.
