The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has extended the deadline for Central Government employees and All-India Services officers to complete mandatory training courses and comprehensive assessments on the iGOT Karmayogi portal for the 2025-26 reporting year. This extension, granted due to administrative exigencies related to election duties, sets the new deadline for completion to 31 May 2026. Employees must complete these requirements by this date or before submitting their self-appraisal for the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR), whichever occurs earlier. Organizations are required to ensure compliance and facilitate the completion of these modules by their personnel.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this office's OM of even No. dated 04.09.2025 on the above cited subject wherein in pursuance of DoPT's OM No. 28/27/2025-iGOT dated 04.07.2025 (copy enclosed), this Ministry has finalised the relevant courses as per Annexure-I (enclosed) on the iGOT Karmayogi portal for employees at each level in respect of all officers/officials of the Ministry as well as all the attached/subordinate/autonomous organisations, to be uploaded as Training Plan on the iGOT Portal and requested all the attached/subordinate/autonomous organisations of this Ministry to publish all the mandatory courses (level wise) as per Annexure-I through their Nodal Officers.
In view of this, all the attached/subordinate/autonomous organisations of this Ministry are again requested to strictly adhere to the guidelines and to encourage/request their employees to complete the mandatory courses on iGOT Karmayogi Portal by 31.03.2026.
This may be given 'top priority'.

Subject: Further extension of last date for Completion of Mandatory Courses and Comprehensive Assessment on iGOT Karmayogi platform – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 18.03.2026 on the subject mentioned above, vide which the last date for mandatory completion of at least 50% of the prescribed courses and the Comprehensive Assessment for Central Government employees and officers of the All-India Services (AIS) was extended up to 30.04.2026.
In this regard, it is stated that this Department is in receipt of requests from various State Governments and stakeholder Ministries/Departments/Organizations (MDOs) for subsequent extension citing administrative exigencies on account of large- scale deployment of personnel for ongoing/upcoming election-related duties which have impeded the timely completion of the prescribed digital modules.
Accordingly, with the approval of the competent authority, it has been decided to extend the last date for completion of the prescribed mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment for the Reporting Year 2025- 26, up to 31st May, 2026 or before the due date of submission of self-appraisal in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR), whichever is earlier. The employees may complete the mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment before 31.05.2026 or before sending their APAR to their Reporting Authority, whichever is earlier.
