Subject: Further extension of deadline for completion of mandatory courses and comprehensive Assessment for the year 2025-26- reg.

Sir/Madam,

Reference is invited to Ministry of Labour & Employment, Office Memorandum No. Z-11025/01/2021-Admn.1(Pt.)-Part(1) dated 13.02.2026(copy enclosed) regarding rollout of mandatory courses on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal and Department of Personnel & Training O.M. No. T-28/27/2025-iGOT dated 27.04.2026 and 25.05.2026 (copy enclosed) regarding extension of the last date for completion of mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment.

2. In this regard, all Officers/Officials of EPFO are hereby informed that the last date for completion of the prescribed mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment on the iGOT Karmayogi platform for the reporting year 2025-26 has been extended up to 30^th June, 2026 or before the due date of submission of self-appraisal to Reporting Officer, whichever is earlier.

3. All Officers/Officials are therefore advised to complete the mandatory courses and assessment applicable to their respective level/designation on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal within the stipulated timeline without fail.

4. Officers/Officials experiencing any difficulty in accessing the iGOT Karmayogi Portal or facing any other related issues may contact PDUNASS by sending an email from the official email ID of their respective offices by 05th June 2026, so that the issues can be resolved promptly.

The matter may be treated as MOST URGENT.

Subject: Further extension of deadline for completion of mandatory courses and Comprehensive Assessment for the Year 2025-26 - reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's O.M. of even number dated 27.04.2026 on the subject mentioned above, vide which the last date for mandatory completion of at least 50% of the prescribed courses and the Comprehensive Assessment for Central Government Employees and Officers of the All India Services (AIS) was extended upto 31.05.2026.

2. In this regard it is stated that in order to synchronise the timeline for completion of mandatory courses and Comprehensive Assessment on the iGOT Portal with the revised timeline for submission of APARs to the Reporting Officer and in partial modification of the OM ibid, it has been decided to extend the last date for completion of the prescribed mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment for the Reporting Year 2025- 26, up to 30^th June, 2026 or before the due date of submission of self-appraisal to Reporting Officer by Officer Reported Upon, whichever is earlier.

Subject: Rollout of "Mandatory Course Completion and Comprehensive Assessment framework on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal" in the Ministry of Labour and Employment and its attached/subordinate/autonomous organisations - reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this office's OM of even No. dated 04.09.2025 on the above cited subject wherein in pursuance of DoPT's OM No. T-28/27/2025-iGOT dated 04.07.2025 (copy enclosed), this Ministry has finalised the relevant courses as per Annexure-I (enclosed) on the iGOT Karmayogi portal for employees at each level in respect of all officers/officials of the Ministry as well as all the attached/subordinate/autonomous organisations, to be uploaded as Training Plan on the iGOT Portal and requested all the attached/subordinate/autonomous organisations of this Ministry to publish all the mandatory courses (level wise) as per Annexure-I through their Nodal Officers.

2. In view of this, all the attached/subordinate/autonomous organisations of this Ministry are again requested to strictly adhere to the guidelines and to encourage/request their employees to complete the mandatory courses on iGOT Karmayogi Portal by 31.03.2026.

3. This may be given 'top priority'.

4. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
