Check the official recordThe Employees Provident Fund Organisation constitutes an Internal Grievance Committee. This committee addresses employment and service-related grievances of employees who belong to Scheduled Tribes. The committee consists of five members. These members include a Chairman, an external member from the Employees State Insurance Corporation, and three Regional Provident Fund Commissioners. The committee follows recommendations from the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes. The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II issues this directive with the approval of the Central Provident Fund Commissioner.

As per the recommendations of the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes in terms of D.O. No. 18/01/NCST(IGRC)2021-Coord., dated 10.08.2021, an Internal Grievance Committee for redressal of employment / service-related grievances of Scheduled Tribe employees is constituted as under:
