महोदया/महोदय,

1. पंिडत दीनदयाल उपाÅयाय राÕůीय सामािजक सुर±ा अकादमी (पीडूनास) "लेखापरी±ा अिधकाåरयŌ के िलए पुनIJयाª पाठ्यøम” पर 5 िदन ÿिश±ण कायªøम आयोिजत कर रही है। यह कायªøम 6 से 10 जुलाई, 2026 तक पीडूनास (मंथन हॉल) म¤ होगा।

2. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS) is conducting a 5-days Training Programme on “Refresher Course For Audit Officers” scheduled to be held from 06h - 10th July, 2026 at the PDUNASS (in the Manthan Hall).

3. उपयुªĉ ÿिश±ण कायªøम के िलए ÿितभािगयŌ कì सूची इस पý के साथ संलµन है। उपरोĉ ÿिश±ण कायªøम के िलए अिधकाåरयŌ को नािमत करते समय उिचत सावधानी बरती गई है। हालाँिक, िकसी भी अिधकारी के डेटा म¤ िकसी भी िवसंगित के मामले म¤, कृपया इसे आवÔयक सुधार के िलए पीडूनास के Åयान म¤ लाया जा सकता है।

4. The list of participants for the above-mentioned training programme is enclosed herewith. Due care has been taken while nominating officers for the above Training Programme. However, in case of any discrepancy in respect of any Officer’s data, the same may please be brought to the notice of PDUNASS for necessary rectification.

5. संबंिधत कायाªलय ÿमुखŌ/ अितåरĉ क¤þीय भिवÕय िनिध आयुĉ से अनुरोध है िक वे नािमत अिधकाåरयŌ को 06.07.2026 को सुबह 7:00 बजे तक पीडूनास म¤ åरपोटª करने के िनद¥श के साथ कायªमुĉ करने कì कृपा कर¤। िकसी भी उÌमीदवार कì अनुपिÖथित के संदभª म¤ कोई भी िवचलन िनदेशक, पीडूनास कì ÖपĶ मंजूरी के िबना Öवीकायª नहé होगा। यिद आवÔयक हो, तो छाýावास आवास उपलÊध कराया जाएगा।

TRAINING PROGRAMME ON “REFRESHER COURSE FOR AUDIT OFFICERS” (06th - 10th JULY, 2026)

AIM: The Refresher Course for Audit Officers aims to strengthen the professional competence of officers engaged in audit functions within EPFO by enhancing their understanding of contemporary auditing practices, vigilance dimensions, risk-based auditing, audit reporting and emerging challenges in governance and compliance. The programme seeks to equip participants with the knowledge and practical insights necessary to conduct effective audits that contribute to transparency, accountability and improved organizational performance.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: The programme is designed to:

1. Refresh and update participants' knowledge of audit manual, standards and practices relevant to EPFO.
2. Enhance understanding of risk-based auditing, internal controls and governance frameworks.
3. Develop skills for identifying systemic deficiencies, compliance gaps and vigilance-related issues during audits.
4. Strengthen the capacity of participants to prepare clear, evidence-based and actionable audit observations and reports.
5. Familiarize participants with emerging trends in auditing, including technology-enabled audit processes and data-driven scrutiny.
6. Promote a constructive audit approach focused on improving institutional effectiveness, accountability and service delivery.
7. Provide a platform for exchange of experiences and best practices among audit officers from different offices of EPFO

METHODOLOGY: The programme will adopt a participative and practice-oriented approach comprising:

• Expert lectures by experienced practitioners and subject-matter specialists;
• Interactive discussions on contemporary audit issues and challenges;
• Case studies based on actual audit observations and institutional experiences;
• Sessions on vigilance perspectives and governance-related concerns in audit;
• Experience sharing and peer learning among participants;
• Question-and-answer sessions to facilitate clarification of operational issues.

TARGET GROUP: The programme is intended for officers involved in audit-related functions in EPFO, including:

• Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I (Audit)
• Deputy Directors (Audit)
• Assistant Directors (Audit)

EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES: Upon completion of the programme, participants are expected to:
