Subject: Probationary Examination for Social Security Assistant (Probationers)-Regarding.

Sir/Madam,

Reference is invited to this office Notification No. File No 33/7/2023/2023-24/SSAs (DR) Prob.Exam-2021 dated 15.06.2026, concerning the SSAs Probationary Examination scheduled from 29/06/2026 to 30/06/2026. In the said notification, the concerned field offices were requested to review and report any discrepancies or inconsistencies in candidate data as contained in Annexure-I and Annexure-II, on or before 19.06.2026, through email to coe.pdnass@epfindia.gov.in.

This office has received emails from the field offices regarding discrepancies observed in the data of candidates as initially uploaded in Annexure-I and Annexure-II of the said notification dated 15.06.2026. The information received from the field offices regarding these candidates has been duly taken into consideration. Revised Annexure-I and Annexure-II, incorporating these updates and corrections, are attached with this circular.

All PDUNASS Campuses & Exam Conducting Zones are requested to take note of these updates and ensure compliance with all instructions issued vide the detailed notification dated 15.06.2026 for the successful conduct of the Probationary Examination.

The examination venue for Kolkata Centre will be communicated to candidates shortly through their respective regional offices, as the confirmation for the venue is yet to be received from the exam conducting zone.

Any further communication pertaining to this Probationary Examination should be directed to the Controller of Examination via email at coe.pdnass@epfindia.gov.in.
