Please find attached letter no. PFD/CS-38(15)/2019-20/RTI dated 19.03.2026 from PID forwarding therein RTI application bearing Reg. No. MLABE/R/T/25/01959 dated 29.12.2025 in respect of Shri Ravi Pandey. The said RTI application has been transferred by PID to this section for providing information on point 10 (for getting data on Rent expenditure). Point 10 of the said RTI application states, "At present, how many EPFO offices in the country are running in rented premises and how much expenditure has been incurred towards rent from 01.01.2014 to 12.12.2025".

2. As the subject matter of the information sought pertains to actual expenditure on rent, which is likely to be available with the Balance Sheet Section, the instant RTI application is hereby transferred to your office under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005, for providing the requisite information directly to the applicant.
