सम "ािधकरण ने "शासिनक दता सुिन,-त करने के िलए ई. एस. आई. सी. अपताल के िचकसा अधीक (एम. एस.) के मौजूदा श !य के "यायोजन (ड&. ओ. पी.) क जांच करने के िलए एक सिमित का गठन कया था। The Competent Authority had constituted a Committee to examine the existing Delegation of Powers (DoP) of the Medical Superintendent (MS) o f standalone ESIC Hospitals with a view to ensure administrative efficiency.

सिमित ने मेडकल सुप5रट7ड7ट के मौजूदा 'डेिलगेशन ऑफ़ पावस' (DoPs) पर वचार- वमश कया और बदलते हे=थकेयर माहौल, डाय>नो,टक टे?नोलॉजी म7 तर?क और इलाज के नए तर&क क उपलCधता के संदभ म7 कई पहलुओं क जांच क। सिमित ने अEछG ?वािलट& क हे=थकेयर स वस समय पर और कुशलता से देने के मकसद से, अलग-अलग काम के िलए मंज़ूर& देने क श !य क मौजूदा सीमाओं और उनसे जुड़े वJीय असर पर भी वचार कया। The Committee deliberated upon the existing Delegation of Powers (DoPs) of the Medical Superintendents and examined various aspects in the context of the changing healthcare scenario, advancements in diagnostic technologies and the availability of newer treatment modalities. The Committee also considered the financial implications and the existing limits of sanctioning powers for various functions, with a view to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of quality healthcare services.

तदनुसार, महािनदेशक, ई. एस. आई. सी. को "दJ श !य का "योग करते हुए, वभाग का "मुख होने के नाते, ई. एस. आई. सी. अपताल के िचकसा अधीक (एम. एस.) के श !य के "यायोजन (ड&. ओ. पी.) के संशोधन को मंजूर& द& है। Accordingly, in exercise of powers conferred to the Director General, ESIC, being the Head of Department, hereby, has approved the revision of Delegation of Powers (DoP) of the Medical Superintendent (MS) of standalone ESIC Hospitals.

संशोिधत ई. एस. आई. सी. अपताल म7 िचकसा अधीक (एम. एस.) क श !य का "यायोजन (ड&. ओ. पी.) , जैसा क संल>न है, तकाल "भाव से लागू होगा। The revised Delegation of Powers (DOP) of the Medical Superintendents (MS) in standalone ESIC Hospitals, as enclosed , shall come into force with immediate effect.
