Further, the above officials on their appointment as Nursing Officer (Nursing Cadre) will draw the revised pay Level - 7 (Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400/-) of Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission (pre-revised Pay Band-II of Rs. 9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-) plus usual allowance as admissible in the ESIC w.e.f. the date of joining appeared against their name.

The appointment of officials as above has been made on temporary basis for the present and confirmation in the post is subject to the satisfactory completion of the period of probation i.e. 02 years from the date of appointment and they will be governed by ESI Corporation (Staff and Conditions of Service) Regulation 2023, as amended from time to time and other terms and conditions laid down in the Offer of Appointment issued to them.

Their appointment is provisional and is subject to the verification of the Character & Antecedents, educational qualification, caste certificates and other information (to be carried out by respective unit heads) being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the information/ certificates provided by the official is false, the service will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such action as may be taken under the provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 for production of false information.

They should also inform about the change, if any, of their religion to their appointing / administrative authorities immediately after such a change. All other terms & conditions of appointment as communicated to them vide offer of appointment shall remain the same.

They will be covered under the defined Contributory Pension System as contained in Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure Office Memorandum No. F.No. 1(7)(2)2003/TA dated 07.01.2004.
