बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण [बीमा सलाहकार समिति (बैठक)] विनियम, 2000
फा. सं. बी.वि.वि.प्रा./बी.स.स./20/78/2013 - बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का 41) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण [बीमा सलाहकार समिति (बैठक)] (पहला संशोधन) विनियम, 2012 के विनियम 3ए के अनुसार प्राधिकरण एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचना की तारीख अर्थात् 15 मई 2013 से बीमा सलाहकार समिति का पुनर्गठन करते हुए निम्नलिखित अधिसूचना जारी करता है।
पुनर्गठित बीमा सलाहकार समिति निम्नानुसार है :

IRDA [INSURANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE (MEETINGS)] REGULATIONS, 2000
F.No. IRDA/IAC/20/78/2013:-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 25 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), and in terms of Regulation 3A of the IRDA [Insurance Advisory Committee (Meetings)] (First Amendment) Regulations, 2012 the Authority hereby makes the following notification reconstituting the Insurance Advisory Committee with effect from the date of notification viz 15th May 2013.
The reconstituted Insurance Advisory Committee is as under :
