बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (बीमा एजेंटों का लाइसेंसीकरण) (संशोधन) विनियम, 2013
फा. सं. बी.वि.वि.प्रा./विनियम/3/86/2014.—बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का 41) की धारा 26 के साथ पठित बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 (1938 का 4) की धाराओं 42 और 114ए द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, प्राधिकरण बीमा सलाहकार समिति के साथ परामर्श करने के बाद बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (बीमा एजेंटों का लाइसेंसीकरण) विनियम, 2000 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्ः—
(1) (i) ये विनियम बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण (बीमा एजेंटों का लाइसेंसीकरण)(संशोधन) विनियम, 2013 कहलाएंगे।
(ii) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
(i) विनियम 7(1) में, शब्द "दो सौ पचास" शब्द "एक सौ पच्चीस" से प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएँगे।
(ii) फ़ॉर्म आइआरडीए-एजेंट-वीए के बिंदु सं. 4 में शब्द "दो सौ पचास" शब्द "एक सौ पच्चीस" से प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएँगे।
(iii) फ़ॉर्म आइआरडीए-एजेंट-वीसी के बिंदु सं. 4 में शब्द "दो सौ पचास" शब्द "एक सौ पच्चीस" से प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएँगे।
(iv) फ़ॉर्म आइआरडीए-एजेंट-वीए के पैरा टिप्पणियां और अनुदेश के बिंदु सं. 6 में शब्द "दो सौ पचास" शब्द "एक सौ पच्चीस" से प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएँगे।
(v) फ़ॉर्म आइआरडीए-एजेंट-वीसी के पैरा टिप्पणियां और अनुदेश के बिंदु सं. 3 में, शब्द "दो सौ पचास" शब्द "एक सौ पच्चीस" से प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएँगे।

Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Insurance Agents) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013
F. No. IRDA/Reg./3/86/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 42 and 114A of the Insurance Act, 1938 (4 of 1938) read with section 26 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), the Authority, in consultation with the Insurance Advisory Committee, hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Licensing of Insurance Agents) Regulations, 2000, namely:—
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
(i) In regulation 7(1), the words "two hundred fifty" shall be substituted by the words "one hundred and twenty five".
(ii) In Point No. 4 of Form IRDA-AGENTS-VA the words "two hundred fifty" shall be substituted by the words "one hundred and twenty five".
(iii) In Point No. 4 of Form IRDA-AGENTS-VC the words "two hundred fifty" shall be substituted by the words "one hundred and twenty five".
(iv) In point No. 6 of Notes and Instructions Para of Form IRDA-AGENTS- VA the words "two hundred fifty" shall be substituted by the words "one hundred and twenty five".
(v) In point No. 3 of Notes and Instructions Para of Form IRDA-AGENTS-VC the words "two hundred fifty" shall be substituted by the words "one hundred and twenty five".
