सा.का.जन.731(अ).–– केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय भूजम पत्तन प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 2010 (2010 का 31) की
धारा 34 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय भूजम पत्तन प्राजधकरण जनयम, 2011 में
संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अर्ाात:--
1.
(1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम भारतीय भूजम पत्तन प्राजधकरण (संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 है।
(2)
ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को लागू होंगे।
2.
भारतीय भूजम पत्तन प्राजधकरण जनयम, 2011 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश् चात् उि जनयम कहा गया है) में जनयम 3 के
उपजनयम (2) में, "योिना और जिकास के िेत्र में जििेष ज्ञान और अनुभि" िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर, "पररयोिना जनमााण,
संजििा प्रबंध, सािािजनक उपापन के िेत्र में अनुभि" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे;
3.
उि जनयमों के जनयम 4 में,-
(क) उपजनयम (2) में, खंड (iii) के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत खंड रखा िाएगा, अर्ाात्:- "(iii) मुख्य कायाकारी अजधकारी-
नेिनल इंस्ट् टीटयूिन फार रांसफॉर्मिंग इंजडया आयोग; और";
(ख) उपजनयम (6) के, खंड (ii) में, उपखंड (ख) के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत उपखंड अंत:स्ट् र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा, अर्ाात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2025
G.S.R. 731(E).––– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 34 of the Land Ports
Authority of India Act, 2010 (31 of 2010), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to
amend the Land Ports Authority of India Rules, 2011 namely:--
1.
(1) These rules may be called the Land Ports Authority of India (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Land Ports Authority of India Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 3, in sub-
rule (2), for the words “special knowledge and experience in the field of Planning and Development”, the
words “experience in the field of construction of project, contract management, public procurement” shall
be substituted;
3.
In the said rules, in rule 4,-
(a) in sub-rule (2), for clause (iii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
“(iii) Chief Executive Officer- National Institution for Transforming India Aayog; and”;
(b) in sub-rule (6), in clause (ii), after sub-clause (B), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely:-
(C) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or Institute.”.
