**का.आ. 5661(अ).—**भारतीय वायुयान अधिनियम, 2024 (2024 का 16) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा निदेश देती है कि वायुयान (खतरनाक माल का वहन) नियमावली, 2026 की द्वितीय अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट महानिदेशक, नागर विमानन द्वारा प्रयोग करने योग्य शक्तियां, उक्त अधिनियम और उक्त नियमों के प्रावधानों के अध्यधीन, इस अनुसूची के साथ संलग्न प्रथम अनुसूची के कॉलम (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारियों द्वारा भी उक्त प्रथम अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट सीमा तक प्रयोग करने योग्य होंगी।

| 3. | नियम 3 का उप-नियम (3) | कुछ खतरनाक माल के हवाई परिवहन के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करना, जहाँ तकनीकी अनुदेश निर्दिष्ट करते हैं कि ऐसे माल के विमान में परिवहन को या अन्य उद्देश्यों के लिए परिवहन हेतु मूल स्थल के राष्ट्र और प्रचालक के राष्ट्र के उपयुक्त प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन द्वारा अधिकृत किया जाना चाहिए, जहाँ भी भारत प्रचालक या मूल राष्ट्र है। |
| 4. | नियम 9 का उप-नियम (5) | प्रचालक को यह निर्देश देना कि वह प्रेषक या उसके एजेंट से माल स्वीकार न करे। |

New Delhi, the 15th October, 2026
**S.O. 5661(E).—**In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by the Director General of Civil Aviation under the Aircraft (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Rules, 2026, specified in Second Schedule appended hereto, shall also be exercisable by the officers specified in column (1) of the First Schedule appended hereto to the extent specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said First Schedule, subject to the provisions of the said Adhiniyam and the said rules..
