सा.का.जन. 647(अ).— िायुयान (िुर्घटनाओं और र्टनाओं का अन्िेषण) जनयम, 2025 को संिोधन करने के जलए उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 34 के अधीन यथा अपेजित, कजतपय जनयमों का जनम्नजलजखत प्रारूप, प्रभाजित होने िाले सभी व्यजक्तयों से, उस तारीख से पंद्रह दिनों की अिजध की समाजि से पहले, जिस तारीख को उक्त अजधसूचना िाली रािपत्र की प्रजतयां िनता को उपलब्ध कराई गई थीं, आपजियां और सुझाि आमंजत्रत करने के जलए भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप-खंड (i) तारीख 17 फरिरी, 2026 के द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और, उक्त अजधसूचना िाली रािपत्र की प्रजतयां 19 फरिरी, 2026 को िनता को उपलब्ध करा िी गई थीं। और, जिजनर्िघष्ट अिजध के भीतर प्रारूप जनयमों के संबंध में िनता से कोई आपजियां या सुझाि प्राि नहीं हुए हैं;

अब, भारतीय िायुयान अजधजनयम, 2024 (2024 का 16) की धारा 11, धारा 12, धारा 19, धारा 25 की उप-धारा (4), धारा 30 और धारा 33 द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार िायुयान (िुर्घटनाओं और र्टनाओं का अन्िेषण) जनयम, 2025 को संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है; अथाघत्:- जनयम

1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम िायुयान (िुर्घटनाओं और र्टनाओं का अन्िेषण) (संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 है। (2) ये जनयम रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृि होंगे।
2. प्रस्ट्तािना के चौथे पैरा में, िब्िों, अंकों और कोष्ठकों, के बाि, “और िायुयान (िुर्घटनाओं और र्टनाओं का अन्िेषण) जनयम, 2017 के अजधक्रमण में, उन बातों के जसिाय जिन्हें ऐसे अजधक्रमण के पूिघ दकया गया है या करने का लोप दकया गया हैं”, िब्ि, कोष्ठक और अंक को अंत:स्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा।

MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th July, 2026

G.S.R. 647(E).— Whereas, the following draft of certain rules further to amend the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2025, were published, as required by section 34 of the said Act, vide number G.S.R. 136 (E), dated the 17th February, 2026, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, PartII, Section3, Sub-Section (i), for inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of the period of fifteen days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette containing the said notification were made available to the public; And whereas, copies of the Gazette containing the said notification were made available to the public on the 19th February, 2026. And whereas, no objections or suggestions have been received from the public in respect of draft rules within the period specified;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11, 12, 19, Sub-section (4) of section 25, sections 30 and 33 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2025; namely:- Rules

1. (1) These rules may be called the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) (Amendment) Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the fourth paragraph of the preamble, after the words, figures and brackets, the words, brackets and figures “and in supersession of the Aircraft (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) Rules, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession”, shall be inserted.
