**सा.का.नि. 870(अ).—**केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सामान्य प्रशासन) अधिनियम, 2026 (2026 का 9) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 08 अक्तूबर, 2026 को उस दिनांक के रूप में नियत करती है, जिसको उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे।

New Delhi, the 8th October, 2026
G.S.R. 870(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Central Armed Police Forces (General Administration) Act, 2026 (9 of 2026), the Central Government hereby appoints the 08th day of October, 2026, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
